Hi Bernard. Thanks a lot.This definetely helps. Once thing is it rules out the manual change of hosts file as this will definetely not help. But does that mean that I would have to run a name server on the master node? because currently the name look-ups in the cluster are "hosts" file based and hence there had been no neccessity to run a local name server for the cluster.
