When I built my cluster, I did not have the need to install
additional packages. (I attempted to view the list of available
packages, but none showed up in the list.)
I am now interested in adding checkpointing capability to my cluster
and things I've read lead me to believe there might be a BLCR package
in the OPD repositories. I ran /opt/oscar/scripts/opd and here's what
the session looked like:

So any help out there? Would like to get opd working (if necessary)
