There are actually no third-party packages available for OSCAR 4.2, that
is why nothing showed up in the list.

Regarding BLCR package - there isn't one for OSCAR proper, though I
believe there is one available for the SSS-OSCAR distribution which I
believe should be almost up to OSCAR 4.2.1.  It may be possible to use
that...  thoughts on this Thomas, John?

Can you please file a bug (in Group 5.0) regarding the issues you
encountered while using OPD?  At the very least we should display a
message making it clear that there are no third-party packages
available.
