Hello, my name is alejandro and i am from argentina. I am new to this list
(first time writting) as i am to clusters and the linux world in general. In
order to get my degree in computer science, i proposed a project wich
implements a HA Linux Cluster and to develop a single app that shows its
benefits. As far as i've read, my best option is HA-OSCAR, even with the
drawback that it provides high availability only to the head node.
my questions are the following:
1. has anyone made this work so far? and if so , using OSCAR 6.0.x and
CentOS 5.2?
2. has anyone made a ha cluster *at node level*?
3. is the oscar-ha project active?
any help would be very usefull to me, i want to graduate! thank you very
much.
