Ya saya setuju. Beberapa sebutharga dan tender yang kami masuk sebutkan keperluan perisian OSS tertentu. Nampaknya usaha OSCC semakin berkesan.
Juga dapati specs yang dalam dokumen tender atau sebutharga tidak terikat kepada OSS atau tidak OSS.
