Do agree we need to divide our approach into specific group. We do not need to create another team. Malaysia OSS community is still small in number and volunteers. So we need to get existing group or project to extend their function to support each fo the target group.
For example and suggestion. Primary and Secondary we can ask for Penguin Masuk Kampung Project to handle this target group. Linuxvarsiti for Tertiary education.. Hmm the scope is wide. We need to get cooperation from... Primary and secondary from PPD (Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah) - District Education Office and Head master each of the school that we want them to get involved. For Universities we need to get cooperation from Dean and Pengarah IT university. It all depend on with side that support OSS.
