Najah, Ok this is weird!! Why are you depending on the sponsor "yes" or "no" decision? I thought you (community) are the organizer where the ultimate decision is yours to make. If the sponsor make the decision and you guys are working on it as what has been told ni dah macam keja baruah... remember sponsor are leveraging on you as the events can bring them free marketing and awareness to the public. You put in the term & conditions they have to play by your rules not you play on their rules. Ok? But again is your choice.
