hello clement !

* use -exclude tag, worx as a charm :
-exclude file : exclude code generation of classes listed in specified file (format is one full class path per line).

For generating intrinsic files you can use (as you know ^^) generation doc tools like bldocs. give it a try, that's a nice tool.

Subject: [osflash] SWF as DLL - Complexe Libraries

Hello all,

Some times ago I read this very interesting article by Aral. Aral, your class is a beautiful piece of code :) Yet there are two things I would like to talk about, refering to this article. First of all, why for such a simple exemple didn't you talk about the exclusion xml as a possible solution along with intrinsic classes ? Is it because it cannot apply to MTasc ? (I read a post telling that this functionnality was not implemented at the time it was written). I do know that the purpose of OSFlash is talking about open solutions but hum... well anyway that's not the main point of this mail :)

How can one apply the principle of "DLL" to a complexe set of classes ? For exemple classes composed of other classes (Delegate, GDispatcher and so on). Francis Bourre explained me a workaround to generate the full set of intrinsic classes (with dependencies) thanks to a SWC, yet the files are in the form com.package.application.Class.asi instead of com/package/application/Class.as, which means you (hum basically this "you" is "I" in the short term :p ) have to either create a script to regenerate the correct files or do it with little mouse and little keyboard :p Did one of you ever did it ? If it's not the case I'll dig on this case and tell more about it in the future.

Thanks,
Clement ARNOUX (aka Aggelos)
