If i try to let the SWFViewer open my .swf generated with MTASC it opens the windows dialog that asks if i would allow this
application to access local files (?), any way: This dialog is not closeable and eclipse crashes. I didn't found any setting to remove this
dialog so i can't use SWFViewer ... any ideas?

I think you tlaking about FDT SWFViewer, right ?
You can add this line :
<fdt.viewDocument location="${basedir}/"your_compiled_swf_path.swf"
/>
to you project target definition node.
