I develop Flash on Linux. Unfortunately, since there is no Flash 8 player available yet, I have to keep a laptop running XP next to me for testing any Flash 8 only features. Also, my clients overwhelmingly target XP, so I'd need to check pretty often on XP anyway.
It's a pain, but to me it's still better than doing dev on XP.
