I use XCode, with a great tool which can look through classes  
directories and generate an autocompletion file for XCode.
It also interfaces really fine with mtasc, as a "apple+enter"  
combination brings you directly to the corresponding line in the  
corresponding file when you get a compilation error.

I really had a lotta problems with eclipse on mac, tried several  
times on several macs and didn't manage to get it working properly.
