I see - I stand corrected. I just installed it and it ran, I already
had the Framework installed

FlashDevelop DOES require .NET runtime version 1.1 (or higher?)
to be installed. Its written in C# after all!

Flashdevelop doesn't require .NET, but you are right in
that it does not
work on Mac OS
