I've the same need, so I'm interested to hear if you find something that
works well.

Wink ( http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ ) allows you to specify the exact
bounding box you want to use. BUT, it only outputs swf, which doesn't
get you anywhere. (It says it will output bitmap formats, but I cannot
see an option for that.)

Have you tried using one of the other screencast tools while running the
swf in full-screen mode (i.e. use the standalone flash player, then
press ctrl-f)?
