Yes, those are all the correct links.  Note that haXe is both a language
and a compiler.  You can use FlashDevelop to write haXe code.  
 
My preferred method is to use FlashDevelop with the free Flex SDK
compiler and write my projects in Actionscript 3, but I know some people
love haXe too, it has it's own benefits.
 
If you have trouble setting up Flashdevelop to compiler .swfs using the
Flex SDK compiler, write back, it's very very simple to set up but not
necessarily intuitive.
