Hello, I'm trying to develop a video chat program using flex and Red5. However, I'm getting a really bad voice echo. It's bad enough that you can actually create a positive feedback loop what won't stop until you mute the mics.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I'm using the Speex codec, turning off the mic loop back, and turning on the "Use Echo Suppression". I have also turned off the buffering for the NetStreams involved. Is there something I'm missing? Does this problem require some sort of server component? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
