Please excuse the osg newbie question. Why doesn't the 2.0 Win32 binaries
package contain the "include/osgViewer" folder and associated headers? (same
in the exe or zip version)

After installing the binaries package I was unable to compile the examples
using the osgViewer because the header was not in the include folder with
the rest. It didn't take long to notice this folder, which is present in
full source, is missing from the rest of the headers in the binaries
package.

Is there a reason for this or did I just miss it somehow?

Thanks.
