As a data point, I was recently at a customer site where we built OSG with
VS9 Express using Mike's prebuilt 3rdParty binaries for VS8. Everything
built and ran fine, so I'm not sure what the problem could be other than
standard OSG configuration.

Is the problem with Debug OSG only, or both Debug and Release?

What does "osgversion" say, and can you confirm that there is a plugin
subdirectory (under your OSG bin directory) that contains the same version
number?

Can you confirm that there is a library osgdb_jpeg.dll inside your plugin
directory?

Subject: [osg-users] Plugin problems with Visual Studio 2008

Dear all,

I just upgrade my Visual Studio 2005 to 2008 and now I get always the same
warning:

"could not find plugin to read object..."

Do you have any idea of what I should modify? or whether it is compatible or
not?

thanks

Jaime.
