The binaries were moved to the "official" location by Robert in the wake of
the 2.8 release:

http://www.openscenegraph.org/downloads/stable_releases/OpenSceneGraph-2.8/b
inaries/Windows/VisualStudio9/

It's better than a wiki attachment...
