Hi Jose, why do you want to use full virtualisation at all? Thats a waste of resources. Especially if you are hosting Linux in Linux which you'll do i assume.
Paravirtualization does a much better job here. You don't have to care about interrupts and memory issues. I use OpenVZ for my server.
