OpenThreads is still part of the xcode-project (there should be a target for it) and may not be removed. Paul removed the redundant OpenThreads folder from the xcode folder because it doesn't make sense, to have a separate xcode-project file for OpenThreads as OpenThreads is now part of OpenSceneGraph. FBX and PLY are not part of the xcode project file, because of the external dependencies.
