Hi Matteo, I'm afraid I have no GTK expertise, so can only point you at the examples that users have submitted. The 3rd party examples I have no knowledge so can't comment at all on these, but I would suggestion caution as some 3rd party codes are rather old and out of date.
The rest of your OSG usage will be orthogonal to GTK usage, so you can learn about it from other examples. Try to take each part of your learning bit by bit - get comfortable with one area before moving on to the next.
