Did you ever use png themes? I am trying to use 66x66 pngs for theming with osgWidget::Frame::createSimpleFrameFromTheme(), but the corners/borders of the frame are not displayed correctly. There is a one pixel wide gap at corners of the frame. This also happens with stock theme-2.png that's included in the osg dataset.
