I have now created a shell PixelBufferWin32, and update the CMakeLists.txt and GraphicsWindowWin32.cpp to refer to it. These changes are now checked into SVN. Fingers crossed they won't break the build but there is a chance they will so be cautious. Any build breakages should be easy to fix, please just email in the error or send the build fixes in. There is no need to get bogged down with actually implementing anything yet.
