OSGi will release drafts of the spec (once we get to that point) for
public comment.

From http://www2.osgi.org/Conference/2007CommunityEvent you can find some
charts on the technical working groups efforts on the future.

There doesn't seem to any charts on the core spec, IIUC. The slides seem to be a bit vague. How firm are the drafts once they are sent out for comments?
