   12/25/2006 8:20:32 AM

ABU DHABI: ADNOC Distribution has signed a memorandum of understanding
(MoU) with the Saudi Al Alaibi Corporation, a major supplier of
petroluem products, to build a network of its model fuelling stations in
Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed by ADNOC Distribution General Manager Jamal Al
Dharif and Eid Rashid Al Huraibi, director-general of the Saudi company.
"The agreement is in line with the company's ambitious plans to expand
and develop its operations to include local and regional markets,"
Dharif said.

Under the MoU, he added ADNOC Distribution would build fuelling stations
with its Saudi partners on major cities and on highways linking Saudi
Arabia and Gulf region with European and Middle Eastern countries.
