Yes, Peg, being "in service" seems on the mark to me, too. Just what would the "service" consist of?? The website, Listserve, mailing list, and what else?? Access to requesting HELP from interested parties?
I do agree with Larry's proposition that inviduals DO training, OSI "serves" them as a networked "learning community" and "outreach". Cheers!!! Anne
