jeff, i like your analogy with the triangle. this is helpful to me.
part of my normal introduction in any open space meeting is this (translated from haitian creole): "we know that this subject has many many different aspects to it. among the challenges before us today, is to make sure that the people who are interested in the same aspects and specifics which fall within this theme, have the possibility to find one another and exchange and elaborate ideas. to do this, we're going to use a method called open space."
