(e > g Harissons three levels do/talk/OST) x I believe you will have a too small group to get these big issues moving. Depending of course what kind of involvement the decisionmakers wish to have. I have also experienced that some people want to work on another issue than the one they originally convened. > 2. Invite to an afternoon of actionplanning - all in one group that will > split up into the different issues ending with a short report out and a > little time for discussions. x Sounds like the best idea, but maybe there will be practical problems for all people to be there at the same time. Suggestion: schedule an alternative meeting time for those who cannot participate in the first. > 3. 6 separate meetings processfacilitated to reach an actionplan on each of > them. x Does it mean they are going to hire you on 6 different occasions? Sounds like an expensive alternative. Otherwise I donĀ“t see why not. Let the conveners or whoever feels called take responsibility for the meeting maybe with some guidance from you as to the structure of the meeting. I have worked with a sponsor group that each took on a mentor role, that is, they helped one group get going on their respective issue. > > I will have to come with my propositions by tomorrow night so if you have > the possibility to share, I would appreciate that so much. > Warm greetings from a getting-cold Sweden > Thomas Herrmann > > * > * > ========================================================== > osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu > ------------------------------ > To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, > view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu, > Visit: > > http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html * * ========================================================== osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu, Visit: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html
