Dear Germann and Herman (from Herrmann) I very much appreciate your sharing and offers to help. I am waiting for response from the sponsor wheather we will use a virtual forum or not and then I will look into this matter. I have a few alternatives but I will take a closer look at the possibilities you offer then.
Great idea Michael to end day 1 by opening up for issues to work on until next day. I am planning to do this. Probably I will give the participants some time to read the reports through on the wall, maybe I let them talk a little while in smaller groups (or at the newswall) before gathering again for everybody to make commitments (issues & opportunities from now until then). I guess that could include new topics as well. And finally those who want to take part may write their names on. I guess this works even if we do not have a virtual forum.
