Dear list members I offer you some more thoughts on this subject, with hopes of some feedback. My sponsor agreed to use a virtual forum inbetween the two OST-days. Monday 19/8 is the first day, from 9-15. The employees work in an little organization within a larger organization, pretty selfdependent. One of them is coordinator. They are spread all over Sweden.
I chose a simple-to-use forum developed by a college of mine. It works fine and the instructions are in Swedish, which I like. Day 1 will be on a pretty remote island, we have one modem connection only so I will bring my computor. I have been thinking of wheather to start with a demo but since the group is so little (11 persons) I think I will ask everyone to take a few minutes during the day and let me show him/her it. Those who wish may write their report this way alternatively write it on paper and put it in the forum afterwards. An added responsability for the convenor is also to make a short summary of recieved comments in time for day 2. At this time my schedule is 9-9.45 opening three one hour timeslots & one hour lunch 45 mts for another opening including reading reports on the newswall. Theme: "Questions within the theme of the conference, to continue working with until the next day"(for the 7 weeks until next OST-meeting. This could include physical meetings, forum etc) 30 mts closing actually not really a closing, maybe rather kind of evening news. Day 2 I plan to continue in Open Space for half the day and then do convergence and actionplanning. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
