Thank you very much for your thoughtful suggestions.
I have been spending a lot of time getting invitations out, and speaking to
groups, etc. We are getting some press, I have been interviewed twice, and
what's most fun, am getting mostly yesses when I invite people. Many people
are passing the invitations along to their friends.
So hopefully this weekend I will be able to give some thoughts as to how to
do this.
Less than two weeks to go!
