The only thing I might add, and to compliment Lisa's suggestion about signs, is that I have found it useful for large events spread over a large territory to have blank "timetables" printed up for people. These are pretty much like empty schedules with a place for people to write in the topic they want to attend and where that conversation is happening. It also reminds people of the times of the sessions.
You can put the law and principles on these sheets too, and remind people to come back and check the wall for any new additions. But if they don't want to do that, at least they have their dance cards for the day. Of course I have been in large OST events (400+) where we didn't have dance cards and it worked fine, as always.
