Tim, the group size itself is no reason for another facilitator...the only reason why HO and I introduced ost to the 2108 together lies in the fact that HOs German encompasses only key words, like "Bier". What you do need with 500, however, is a crew of 6 helpers to get the room set up (not included in this group are the people looking after the catering, the toilet crew, the technician for the PA-System, the medics, etc.) and to maintain it so that you can concentrate on doing as little as possible. As has been pointed out at various occasions, there is nothing special about large or very large os, in fact the larger the eaiser but do wear fast shoes to get out of the way when people stamped to the center to enter their issues. have fun mmp
