Marei-- I always try to schedule two meetings with the sponsors, after the meeting when the decision to use Open Space is made. It just seems that it takes time to cover all the arrangements that need to be made. And, as people begin thinking about how to work in this new way, they have more questions which they did not think to ask in the beginning. It's a time for those who will carry the work forward after the Open Space to consider what will be different, and how they will respond to that difference.
