I like what Jack has said here because providing a state of when people feel free is our job as facilitators. To achieve that state we use the 4 Principles and 1 Law. Doing so allows the free state to be quickly and effectively entered into. For me it is a simple matter of following each with a quick story of how conventional activity is opposite them and what that feels like. Bam! Done! Free state created!! Harrison I totally agree self organization is always about PEOPLE, but I submit it only works when people assemble out of passion for the issue at hand i.e., Common Interest.
