Michael, thanks for the question. In my facilitation practice, it's health in the Chinese/Taoist sense of a system where energy flows well. In systems like communities, organizations, and teams, it's flow in the energy of stories, ideas, dreams, questions, engagement, learning, love. In OS, invitations to engage in what matters opens and sustains flow.

Seems that there might be "unhealthy self-organizing systems"? Got examples? In that sense, the power and passion and responsibility of facilitation is distributed/decentralized, as power and passion and responsibility is in any healthy self-organizing system.
