Sounds like your experiment was very worthwhile. and really did give people a taste of being self-organizing. In my experience, facilitating two meetings the same day is one of those things that looks better on paper than it works out. I don't think it does harm for the participants, but it takes a lot of energy on the part of the facilitator. And I have experienced wondering--did I say that in THIS group?
