This would be good for situations where a road that is mapped correctly but
generally sucks for a particular specific user's usecase. For example,
there's nothing wrong in the OSM map data with the Marquam Bridge in
Portland, but you literally have to pay me to use that bridge instead of
the Fremont Bridge, because Oregon mile 301 is hands down the worst single
mile on the entire 1,381 mile interstate. It's something that would be
nice to Set and Forget, because unless you're a drunken oil barron or Bill
Gates starts getting really crazy with his money (or it's Bridge Pedal
weekend and it's only open to bikes), odds are you're not getting me to
drive or bike across that bridge, ever.

And with an overview about each road block in a list, maybe with its

I'd like to keep the block and note functionality separate, but it does
need to be much easier to create a note where I'm at right now. It makes
live mapping a trip as a passenger excessively difficult and solo
essentially impossible even using speech-to-text. This problem's only been
getting worse and worse over time, and every time it gets harder to open a
note for the current location accurately, the fewer good notes we get from
osmand users. This actually makes the OSM Editing plugin *less useful*.
Heck, even a checkbox option buried in the plugin that tosses a button to
the main screen that instantly brings you to the osm note dialogue assuming
you mean the spot you're presently on, would be a massive improvement, even
if off by default.
