Is there an OSM setting that will make OsmAnd show a blocked road
differently from a normal road?

There's a road near where I live which is part of a government
facility and closed to people who don't work there. It's marked
Access Private in the OSM database, and the way in from both
directions has Barrier, type = Border control, but looking at the
road in either OsmAnd or OSM's website, it's the same color as lots
of open roads, so if you were looking at the map for a way to get
from point A to point B you'd have no idea anything was amiss.
(To be clear, this isn't about how OsmAnd sets up routes: it's
about how private roads are shown on the map.)

Someone here was complaining recently that people from out of town
keep trying to take that road because Google and Bing maps list the
road as open. I'd like to find a way to mark the road in OSM so that
OsmAnd and OSM would do better than those proprietary maps.
