I'm at a bit of a loss as to the root cause of this, but I think I've done
all of the troubleshooting I can at my end, and I'm hoping perhaps someone
on this list can pick up the ball from here.

A couple days ago in early August, I subscribed to the 'United States -
Washington' Osmand Live maps. The newest base map is from June 30 (which
may be July 1 in UTC time). From a wiped state of Osmand+, I download the
US - Washington base map, then go to the OSM Live menu and download
updates. It gets the following two files:

Us_washington_northamerica_16_08_00.obf (2.04 MB)
Us_washington_northamerica_16_08_06.obf (307 KB)

What I believe I'm seeing is that this confluence of OSM Live map files is
showing me changes beginning on August 1 and later. It's *not* showing me
changes I made to shapes on July 18., I do see ones I make in August/'as I
work now'.

What I'm unable to determine is whether the issue here is whether:
* the client isn't downloading all of the obf files it has to, to see all
changes since the previous full snapshot, or
* That the files listed above should be sufficient to see all changes since
7/1, but all changes aren't actually included in the files as they should
be, making this a server side problem

Can anyone provide any insight/look into this who knows a bit of the
internal workings?

Best,

R.S.
