That is great. From that I was able to determine that the vector fromat is .obf a proprietary format by OsmAnd and it is very compact.
Would use of the .obf format be restricted to the GPL license associated with OsmAnd? I need to create a custom business solution that is tailored for a more specific use and I can't use anything related to the GPL license. If the obf format isn't licensed as GPL then I could create my own obf parser and renderer that would work for me.
