Have your afforts included this? 
Go to your device's "Settings", "Application Manager". Shut down all 
unwanted aps. especially Osmand and "Location".
Go to "Settings", "Battery" to see what % power the apps have been using.  
You will probably get more meaningful figures if you fully charge, then 
shut-down and re-boot your device, then repeat the test.

(Some more-knowledgeable Osmand-user will prbably have better ideas)
