Thanks for your answer.
1. I have no "application manager" in "settings", only "system apps" and 
"installed apps". In "system apps I've found "LocationServices" and 
"osmand". Stopping these apps has no effect to my systray.
2. In "settings" -> "battery": Osmand - 2.4%.
