I would like to see it too. For hiking, biking or even driving (finding a gentler slope in winter conditions or when towing a heavy trailer). There is "gpx viewer", the app, but I don't know how easy it is to use with a route in the planning phase. Afterwards when Osmand has saved it you can open it and see the profile.
