I have an Osmand navigation problem during bicycle navigation. The node http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/26207163 carries several restrictions, i. e., no_straight_on, no_right_turn, and no_left_turn with exceptions for bicycles (you can observe except=bicycle as well as except=bicycle;psv) as described in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:restriction. However, Osmand doesn't recognize the bicycle exceptions and prevents any bicycle navigation on restricted routes.
