The map styles are not compatible. You cannot get it to work unless somebody manages to duplicate it for Osmand.
You can get the same or more information with the default osmand style. Switch in the map settings in Details to "display surface" and "display quality". Switch in "routes" MTB routes on, this brings the difficulties.
