The OSM Trac instance has been discontinued for most project that used it, there are still quite a few outstanding tickets for osmosis in Trac though [0].
It is currently the place were tickets for osmosis should be filed as issues on GitHub are disabled. Perhaps it's time to move the tickets from Trac to GitHub?
