I have a friend coming here tomorrow who's very interested in switching to Mac provided he can do his work in AutoCAD.

So, I'm sitting here with a Vista Ultimate edition I got from a student who works at MS hoping I could show him that a Mac is quite viable for what he needs to do.

I ran Bootcamp, but I didn't see an option to create an NTFS formatted partition. The default is FAT32.

When I started the Vista installation, it stopped me due to not having NTFS.

Is there a way to reformat the partition during the initial stages of the Vista Ultimate install? or ?

also, I wanted to install the Bootcamp partition on my RAID, but the RAID didn't show up as an option.

THanks,
K
