We train our soldiers to charge directly into the direction of fire.
The expectation is that you freeze or run and the kill box is setup to

That's why you chose the location in the first place..
Bush, continued to watch the guy get ready to throw so all he did was
move the minimum amount required to make him miss.
If you actually watch Bush's eyes and his reaction you can see that is
exactly what he did. I didn't see fear in his eyes, but more like an
intense concentration.
I thought the secret service was a little slow to react, myself.
They should have been the one's to drag Bush down and out of the way
or to get in front of him.
