It's akin to firing at people over your border. You don't really want
to do it since if you get caught it looks bad. My sense is the
Israeli gov't/military doesn't really give a shit. They are getting
their blood and their political boost that they needed.
I've read a few different articles on the whole thing and it sounds
like there was low level provocation against Hamas for a little while,
